Slope Electric Cooperative is here to provide affordable, reliable, environmentally responsible electric power. But at the core, it’s really about improving the quality of life in the communities we serve. That’s the main difference—the cooperative difference. It's what separates us from other types of utilities that are investor-owned and profit driven. Slope Electric Cooperative exists to serve our members. We are owned and managed by them as well. Our community involvement reflects our desire to serve.
